Cancellation by BMI Lab: BMI Lab reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of the workshop fee and will be notified 4 weeks prior to the workshop date.
Cancellation by Participant:
Up to 4 weeks before the workshop start date: 100% refund.
Up to 2 weeks before the workshop start date: 50% refund.
Less than 2 weeks before the workshop start date: No refund.
